Crusher with grainer impact, normally provided with spare parts made of manganese, adapted to breaking not very abrasive materials, when we seek to obtain a high reduction ratio (from 250-300 mm to 25 mm) and a great quantity of fine material with acceptable polyhedral form.
On demand, the machine can be equipped with parts made of chromium alloy for breaking abrasive materials, without changes in structure. It is sufficient to reduce the maximum feeding dimension.
There are machines adapted both to secondary breaking, after an alligator, as well as to primary breaking as long as the material is not very tough.
Final dimensions of products may vary, within certain limits, adjusting the distance between the hammers and the walls of the breaker, distance which can be controlled through the inspection gates. This adjustment, in time, can compensate for the wear of the hammers and of the steel jackets.
