ROCK-RECIPROCATING PLATE FEEDER

The rock-reciprocating plate feeder are suitable to feed primary crushing. These models of machines are suitable for feeding rock material, including large-sized pieces or crude and including dirty and wet material too. The reciprocant movement of the trolley is obtained by means of a connecting rod assembly for feed batching. The trolley runs on wheels in grooved tracks which ensure an accurate path and low noise level. The feeder is builted with a loading hopper and the trolley channel is made of replaceable wear-resistant sheet metal. The sliding wheels, protected by guards, are grease-lubrificated by means of a grease cup, while the electric motor and oscillating gear reducer is in an oil bath and they are oversized.
