There are tertiary hammers crushers , usually appropriate for sand production .
MFI P: are offered with 2, 3, or 4 rows of hammers, depending on the desired material.
MFI/RV: are offered with 2 hammers.
Combining the 4 types of impellers with different internal equipment, both sand and fine aggregate can be obtained, even out of very abrasive materials.
The rotating direction can be periodically changed in order to obtain a longer duration and a consumption of the hammers and steel jackets as uniform as possible.
The case opens easily in order to allow access inside the machine for maintenance. Dimensions of the final products may vary, within certain limits, adjusting the distance between the hammers and the steel jackets, distance which can easily adjusted through the inspection gates.
Oil lubrication is made manually or with hydraulic equipment.
Together with the machine, a hydraulic equipment can be provided, which allows a faster substitution of the hammers, and which will be operated by a hand pump or by an electric control unit.
